By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when your order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example an obvious pricing error — with a full refund.

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Everhand paints are non-toxic and water-based, but not edible. Children under 3 need adult supervision. Follow the instruction card included in every kit. The print sheet is shatter-resistant, not shatter-proof — hang it with the included hardware.

Delivery happens per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-Day “Love It or It’s Free” guarantee.

If you send us photos of your finished frame (by email or review), you give us permission to feature them in our store and marketing, credited to your first name. Email us anytime to have one taken down.

Everything else on this site — copy, photography, branding — belongs to Everhand and may not be reused without written permission.

Don’t use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or scrape its content.

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
