Every order ships from our U.S. warehouse within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday, or on weekends, ship Monday.

U.S.: free shipping on every order, arriving in 5–8 business days. We ship to the U.S. only for now — more countries soon.

A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your label prints. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan.

Need to fix an address? Email hello@emulative.studio within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before it ships. Once a package is with the carrier we can’t reroute it.

If a package comes back to us because the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we’ll reship it for the cost of postage.

Marked delivered but nowhere in sight? Check with neighbors and your carrier, then give it 48 hours — most turn up. If it doesn’t, email us and we’ll replace it or refund you.
