If your family doesn’t love your Everhand kit within 30 days of delivery, email hello@emulative.studio with your order number and we’ll refund you in full. Keep the kit — no return label, no repacking, no questions asked.

The guarantee covers everything in your order, on every kit you buy.

If anything arrives cracked, broken, or missing, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a free replacement the same business day. Nothing to send back.

Received the wrong thing? We’ll ship the right one immediately. Keep the other with our apologies.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s sent.

If 10 business days pass, check with your bank or card issuer first — posting times vary. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll chase it.
